Elementary Multipurpose Room

-The Blood Drive is open to students, faculty, family and friends.

- You must be at least 16 years old to donate blood.

- If you are donating and you are 16 years old you must fill out and have your parents sign the permission slip.

- If you are 17 and older you do not need to have a parental slip signed.

- Make an appointment by scanning the QR code or go to donors.vitalant.org and use blood drive code: CathedralHighSchool.

- All sign-ups will be done online. Visit Vitalant.org/Health to complete your online Fast Track Health Questionnaire the day of your donation appt.

- All seniors that donate twice their senior year or have two donations in their honor will receive a red cord to wear at graduation.
